S/4 HANA Digital Transformation Strategy

SAP S/4HANA is one of the largest enterprise solution suite brands globally. It comes with a strong reputation and pedigree, modern & future-ready architecture, rich functionally, easy deployability-configurability, and a clear upgrade roadmap from SAP ECC/R/3. As the ‘digital core’ of organizations, Our Consulting team work with you to successfully transform your business, drive simplification, enable real-time data for rapid decision-making, and deliver tangible business value.

Your organization is probably already trying to respond to customer demands by offering fast, personalized and always-on services. It all comes down to digital transformation and how fast you can do it. And that, in turn, means a review of your IT infrastructure. Because no matter what plans the business makes, digital transformation will mean big changes for IT and Infrastructure.

While this infrastructure is the foundation of your SAP S/4HANA system, it is often one of the final decisions organizations make in their move. As the year 2025 nears, don’t put off thinking about your migration to SAP S/4HANA. You should be considering and evaluating the cloud, open source solutions and Linux now. As you do, remember that BARP is ready to support you no matter where your digital transformation and migration to SAP S/4HANA takes you.

SAP S/4 HANA a company’s digital transformation journey can be accelerated by implementing it to its core. However, changing a business’ core is no easy task as it takes a deep knowledge and experience for preparing, completing, and supervising implementation projects.

SAP allows a company to speed up its digital transformation without causing disruption while keeping a smooth business outcome. SAP has a 4-step implementation of S/4 HANA. Here is an explanation of the steps:

First, there is a Business scenario recommendation (BSR) where all possible journey options are reviewed. After that is fully discussed, it is time for the company to Meet the expert (MTE) for an overview of the SAP S/4HANA solution that will provide more information over the chosen scenario. The expert will create an overview of the transition to SAP S/4HANA on analytics for SAP S/4HANA as well.

Once the overview of the transition is completed, Expert-guided planning (EGP) for new implementation of SAP S/4HANA will commence.  Once again, the company will meet the expert to deliberate sizing for SAP HANA® and for system clean-up prior to migration to SAP S/4HANA.

The company will use EGI for common user experience through SAP Fiori ® UX and meet the expert for rapid data migration to SAP S/4HANA.

When deployed, there will be a continuous quality check (CQC) for implementation, for going-live support, and for SAP® Business Process Performance Optimization. Once the continuous quality check has been performed thoroughly, there will be an SAP Enterprise Support report.

As you can see, an extensive quantity of expert support is needed to realize a full digital transformation to S/4 HANA. When the expert advice is implemented, the journey progresses at a much faster rate because of the structured planning involved.
